The Basement Bunch returns to bring its favorite rock’n’roll music to the stage. Starting more than a dozen years ago, the group of musicians jammed together in a fellow Tryon musician’s basement to create both the band name and a long-lasting partnership that has seen the band play venues across WNC. This band is packed with vocal talent provided by multi-instrumental members that include Jim Peterman on keys/vocals; John Holvelsrud, guitar; Mike Carruth, drums/vocals; Vinny Corda, flute/sax/guitar/vocals; and Elaina Prevett, bass/mandolin.

Next of Kin is a rock band from the Upstate of S.C. The band includes four seasoned players, all being raised in musical households. They play well-known songs from the past and present consisting of strong musicianship and crowd interaction. The band, which includes members Jason Martin, Adam Caston, Isaiah Caston and Russell Milner, strives to leave the audience wanting more.

Luke Deuce & The Wildcards is a Pickens, S.C., band fronted by award winning and rising country musician Luke Deuce who has been called a “young man with an old soul.” The Wildcards are a varying group of talented musicians who have supported this young country singer/songwriter who has written and recorded dozens of songs since before graduating high school. Luke, who worked with professional writers and producers to release his first album in 2020, is the first winner of the S.C. Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame “Rising Star” award, which is among a number of other industry accomplishments. He released his single, "This Truck," in February 2024.

Bruised Rhino is an Americana jam band out of Shelby, NC. Bruised Rhino is a group comprised of multi-instrumentalists playing an eclectic mix of Americana/blues/soul and psychedelia. They provide a genre crossing and boundary pushing experience. Band members include Cornelius Logan, drums/vocals; Pedro Fraginals, guitar/vocals; Randy Mach, guitar/mandolin/vocals; Mike Claprood, bass; and Joe Hindsley, harmonica/vocals.

Seth and Sara is a husband/wife duo that has traveled the U.S. and Canada sharing their covers and originals. Their live performance boasts a night of “fun, humor with a rootsy kind of edge” as Seth shares his original music and excellent covers. An Americana rock/pop/country songwriter, Seth is winner of three Indi.com original songwriter awards. Sketoes Ghost is a Hendersonville-based four-piece band that has honed its musical experience into a broadly inspired Americana band with original songs instilled with lyrics reflecting richly experienced lives. Members are Justin Blankenship, vocals/rhythm guitar; Chad Bennett, vocals/lead guitar; John Tirone, bass; Trevor Jackson, drums.

Bald Mountain Boys is an Asheville-based bluegrass group. Their foundation is built on a wide variety of musical influences that come together in a modern bluegrass sound. Band members include Nelson Puckett (guitar); Ben Williams (mandolin); Kendall Huntley (Banjo); Alex Ball (Fiddle); JD Smith (bass) with all members contributing to vocals.

The Carolina Players is a six-piece party band from Greenville, S.C. area, playing oldies dance tunes and rhythm & blues. If you love songs like “Tennessee Whiskey” or “Stand By Me,” you will love this band of talented, veteran musicians. The band not only plays music, but they also put on a show and draw the audience into an evening of lively entertainment.

Cross Eyed Betty, an acoustic Americana band from Spartanburg. This 5-piece ensemble brings a unique sound to their take on old classics from the likes of Led Zeppelin, The Beatles and the Rolling Stones to new Americana groups such as Steel Drivers, Shovels and Rope and Chris Stapleton. Exceptional vocals and harmonies are backed by electric violin, keyboards, congas, guitars and mandolins.

Finkelstein Three is a trio that is heavily influenced by musical greats such as Doc Watson, Tony Rice and David Grisman. The group blends many other influences outside of the bluegrass gene to create acoustic music that is their own. The trio features Derek McCoy on guitar/vocals, Tommy Brooks on mandolin/vocals and Philip Simmons on bass.

Spiro and Nicole Nicolopoulos have returned to their jam and psychedelic roots with their 5-piece electric ensemble The Paper Crowns Electric Band. Their songs are a medley of blues, psychedelic and Southern rock, folk and funk--steeped in the tastiest traditions of American music. The band is known for its top tier improvised jams, soulful harmonies and richly cultivated songwriting.

Saints and Sinners is a fun power trio playing highly danceable cover songs with hits from the 60s to today. Craig St. John sings and plays guitar, Kevin Filson sings and plays bass and Michael P. Leyshon plays drums. This trio provides an evening of laughter and entertainment.

New Year’s Eve Celebration. Live music from 6-8:30 with popular musician and entertainer Crag St. John, free and open to the public. Reserved seating only from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. for $20 per person. The evening will include lively entertainment by The Ribald Riffers Band, party favors, and a champagne toast at midnight.
