Holden Pace is a Saluda native who currently resides in Hendersonville. He is a singer/songwriter who will bring his form of original music to the Saluda live music stage. Holden fronts the Holden Pace and Quality Control Band. He plays guitar, piano and serves as lead singer. He will share the stage with Dakota Lee, a talented Asheville musician that plays with the Ryan Perry Band.

Bruised Rhino is an Americana jam band out of Shelby, NC. Band members include Cornelius Logan on drums/vocals; Pedro Fraginals on guitar/vocals; Randy Mach on guitar/mandolin/vocals; Mike Claprood, bass; and Joe Hindsley, harmonica/vocals. This group of multi-instrumentalists plays an eclectic mix of Americana/blues/soul and psychedelia. They provide a genre crossing and boundary pushing experience.

Gilkey Cattle Company is a four-piece country band with a love of Willie Nelson, Clint Black, Keith Whitley and other country greats as well as the Eagles and Marshall Tucker tunes. Home based in Rutherford, N.C., the band focuses on classic country from the 90s to 2000s. The band is headed by veteran guitar player and singer Garry Cuthbertson with Kate Durham on fiddle, Randy Fish on guitar and vocals and Tony Dente on drums and vocals.

Crystal Fountains is an Americana, folk, bluegrass band from Charlotte, N.C., that plays traditional bluegrass as well as original music with elements of jazz, blues and rock. They pull from a variety of influences with an emphasis on vocal harmonies reminiscent of the Delmore Brothers, Stanley Brothers and The Louvin Brothers, just to name a few. The group is led by Grant Funderburk.

We love our regular patrons, but the truth is someone likes us enough to allow us the honor of hosting their private wedding event this evening. We'll be back on regular hours tomorrow with our Saturday night live music and kicking off our first Sunday afternoon music for Cinco de Mayo. We hope to see you then!

The Jim Peterman Quartet will debut at Saluda Outfitters. These talented musicians have only created the quartet recently, but have honed their musical talents for decades as soloists and with other bands.

Kicking off our Sunday live music and helping us celebrate Cinco De Mayo will be Craig Edwin St. John. Craig is a veteran solo artist who also serves as lead singer for a couple of area bands, including Brother West and Saints and Sinners. A guitarist and singer/songwriter, he plays a wide variety of music and provides seamless entertainment for his audiences.

The Mac Beatty Band, formed in 2021,  is a 4-piece band based out of Greenville, South Carolina playing a fusion of oldies, folk, country, Americana or what they describe as “just good music.” Led by singer/guitarist/songwriter Mac Beaty, a longtime Greenville resident and musician, other members include Greenville residents Gary Clark, percussion, Melissa LaTourette, vocals, and John Schaffer, bass.
